SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. YunnanisCraft reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Custom Orders: For custom-made or personalized items, production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
