Thank you for choosing **Yunnanis Craft**. Each of our pieces is a tribute to the traditional artistry of Yunnan, China. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

### 1. PROCESSING TIME (CRITICAL)
As many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, processing times vary:
*   **Ready-to-Ship Items:** Processed within **2-4** business days.
*   **Customized/Handmade Items:** Require **[7-14]** business days for production before shipment. 
*(Note: We will notify you via email once your unique piece is completed and ready to travel.)*

### 2. SHIPPING ORIGIN
All orders are shipped directly from our artisan studio in **Kunming, Yunnan, China**. This ensures you receive authentic, high-quality handicrafts directly from the source.

### 3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
*   **United States / Canada:** 10-20 business days.
*   **Europe / United Kingdom:** 10-18 business days.
*   **Australia / New Zealand:** 12-22 business days.
*   **Other Regions:** 15-30 business days.
*Please note: Customs clearance and remote locations may occasionally cause delays.*

### 4. TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. You can track your package via our site or [17track.net].

### 5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
**Yunnanis Craft** is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

### 6. DAMAGES
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at **yunnaniscraft@gmail.com** within **48 hours** of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim.
